Michele K. Synegal began her career on a path that was new and provocative—Diversity & Inclusion. Having earned her Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies, from the Holmes Institute and Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations/Organizational Behavior, University of San Francisco, her goal was and still is, to assist her many clients in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, innovativeness and, create cultures of inclusion for all employees. The emergence of the diverse workforce required more sophisticated leadership skills. These changes lead her to establish a Leadership Development Institute for future leaders. For more than 25 years, her consulting firm has successfully worked with private and public sector companies to achieve their business objectives.
Joel works with a variety of organizations to build consciousness, capacity, community and collective esteem. He works collaboratively with leaders and staff to create synergistic cultures where employees and leaders successfully navigate operational challenges. Brown graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He has worked as an employment litigator addressing discrimination matters and sexual harassment claims. Though legal in scope, these issues involved conflict resolution, staff development and cost reduction. He is skilled in the ‘Diversity Difference & Dialogue’ process and a member of the Diversity 2000 think tank and New Leaders Council. He serves on the San Francisco Regional Council of ‘Out and Equal,’ a non-profit dedicated to transforming work place culture.
Raymond Wenderlich has helped management in the military, government and business communities to be successful through values-based leadership, communication; time-management and effective career management. His passion for leadership was the driving force behind his book, The ABCs of Successful Leadership. His interest in leadership development began whilst he attended the US Naval Academy. He practiced and taught leadership philosophies over the span of 25 years in leadership positions at Constellation Energy and at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. Ray also served in the Nuclear Army on nuclear powered surface ships and submarines. He continues to be active with the US Naval Academy Alumni Association and the Baltimore Service Academies Business Professionals.
Claire Tse connects management theories with practical business applications. Elements of communication, conflict resolution, cultural context attentiveness and diversity dynamics are addressed as part of the behavioral learning process. Her course and workshop designs include elements that create respectful classroom environments. Tse collaborates with clients on leadership strategies using the Leadership Diamond® Assessment in tandem with Polarity Management. Her high-energy style combined with unique life experiences, makes her a natural catalyst for positive learning. She received her Master’s degree in General Administration from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Psychology from Barnard College.
Thadius Sale is a human resources professional, coach, trainer and facilitator with a focus on workforce Strategic Planning, Coaching, Diversity Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, and Sexual Harassment Prevention design and delivery. He works at the individual, small group and systems levels. Thadius is nationally recognized in the area of human resources, consulting and training. He was the director of human resources for a fortune 100 company. As a consultant, his past clients include Government at the Federal and State levels, Communications and Entertainment Companies, Knowledge Technology Companies, Military, Banking, Retail, Colleges and Universities and Non-Profits. He has over twenty-five years training and management experience at the national and international level. Thadius has consulted with and developed multiple day workshops for a number of corporations in working with leaders, managers, craft and union personnel. He has delivered over 1000 Diversity Awareness and Sexual Harassment Prevention workshops. These have involved over 25,000 participants.
